  • No - Cascade Spirits is a dry-hire bartending service, meaning we do not sell or supply alcohol. However, we work closely with you to create a customized shopping list based on your guest count and drink menu, so purchasing exactly what you need is simple and stress free.

  • Yes! Our signature bar is fully mobile, collapsible, and styled for elegant outdoor and indoor events. Rental of the bar is included in select packages and can be added

  • We’re based in Washington State and primarily serve the greater Seattle-Tacoma area, but we’re happy to travel for the right event! Travel fees may apply for locations beyond a 25-mile radius.

  • We recommend booking at least 2-4 months in advance, especially for weddings or peak event seasons (May- October). Last-minute availability is limited but feel free to inquire!

    • Includes 2 Customized Cocktails with elaborate garnishes such as florals, herbs, fruits

  • Yes! Once your cocktail menu is finalized, we’ll provide a customized shopping list with exact quantities of alcohol, mixers, and any extras you’ll need. It’s one less thing you need to worry about.

  • Yes. Cascade Spirits bartenders are all licensed with MAST permits and we carry general liability insurance for events.

  • We recommend 1 bartender per 60 guests for efficient service.
